PADDINGTON VILLAGE,
LIVERPOOL

Knowledge Quarter Liverpool and Liverpool City Council will consider a variety of investor involvement to include, equity partners, co-investment or development funding. The anticipated investment across all phases is up to £1bn. With construction already well underway, the initial investment still required for Phase 1 is circa £50 million rising to more than £500 million for later phases and offers the potential for a long-term relationship with this public sector partner.

FESTIVAL PARK,
LIVERPOOL

Liverpool City Council will consider a variety of investor involvement to include, equity partners, co-investment or development funding. The anticipated investment requirement for the initial phase is circa £50 million rising to more than £500 million for the entire project and offers the potential for a long-term relationship with this public sector partner.

MEDIACITYUK,
SALFORD

A mixed use development opportunity with the potential for an investor to work with the existing joint venture partnership across investment opportunities consisting of digital studio, office, residential, retail and leisure. Over 140,000 sqm of floor space has been constructed to date, with future phases taking the total floor area to circa 160,000 sqm.

TRAFFORD WATERS,
GREATER MANCHESTER

The Project Promoter will consider a variety of investor involvement to include investor, co-investment and development funding. The anticipated investment requirement for Phase 1 is at circa £100 million with potential for in excess of £900 million for the whole project.

FUTURE PARK,
YORKSHIRE

The promoters for this project, Fallons, are looking for investment of circa £110 million which could consist of project funding, forward funding, equity or co-investment. The partnership is prepared to provide a lease guarantee for the project income.

GATESHEAD QUAYS,
GATESHEAD

The promoters for this project, Ask Real Estate and leading investment and development manager PATRIZIA UK, working collaboratively with Gateshead Council who are providing a lease guarantee for the project income, are seeking investment up to £220m which could take the form of project funding, forward funding, equity and co-investment amongst others.
