Newton-Le-Willows based executive Search firm, Mercury Hampton Ltd, has become the most recent business to join the Government’s Northern Powerhouse Partner Program.
The Northern Powerhouse has set out with the ambition to bring together the great cities, towns and regions of the north to become a powerhouse for our economy. In order to make this a reality relationship must be forged with local businesses, institutions and organisations who are passionate about the North.
Established in November 2017, Mercury Hampton deals solely in high end and, executive level recruitment, re-structuring and hiring for companies across the globe. Their primary focus is on placing Sales, Marketing, Operations and Engineering professionals throughout Technology, Manufacturing and Business service sectors.
Committed to investing in the region, they are well positioned to promote the NPH through their increasingly wide UK and Global recruitment projects.

Since incorporation the company has seen impressive growth, from two Directors to a team of 10 people. Over the coming years Mercury Hampton plan to invest heavily in growth, namely their apprenticeship scheme and increasing trading with local clients and suppliers. Developing young talent and investing in innovation will undoubtedly be key for their plans to becoming reality.
