Commercial property specialist Vantage Building Consultancy are proud to have become a member of the Government’s Northern Powerhouse Programme.
Vantage are one of a number of businesses across the North working towards building a Northern Powerhouse in four main areas; connectivity and transport, skills, science and innovation, quality of life and culture, and devolution.

Vantage has recently completed its’ 4th year of trading and it’s 450th client instruction which are drawn from the institutional property investment sector, blue-chip tenants, as well as investment and asset managers.
The company has recently reevaluated its company culture with the help of the Business Growth Hub to streamline its focus and better relate to both staff as well as clients. The Vantage Super 8 has been born and is the basis for how future working relationships are to be established and managed.
Vantage are investing in their staff and recently took a student from Liverpool John Moore’s University. After a successful placement, he’s now returned to finish his studies, with a view to re-joining the company in 2020. Further such support to northern Universities is being investigated and hoped that the process can be repeated.
The company has grown year on year with offices established in Bristol and Newcastle during 2019, with more growth on the way for its’ head office in Manchester. The future at Vantage is bright.
